Historique :	Ce reliquaire fut donné à la fabrique par Guyonne de Montboucher, marquise du Bois de la Motte en Trigavou et femme de Sébastien de Cahideuc dont il orte les armes en alliance. Guillaume Hamon était un orfèvre malouin, sous fermier des droits de marque en 1698.
